The Community

Follow the experiment.
Influence the direction.

Two tiers. One for people who want the inside track on what we're building. One for people who want to be in the room where it happens.

Both tiers are in active development. Waitlist opens first access.

Where we're at

A note on what "building" actually means right now.

Both community tiers are designed and in progress. The infrastructure is being built, the content framework is set, and the waitlist is collecting interest now. We're not launching with a half-built product to create urgency — we're telling you the state of play so you can decide whether to follow along.

If you join the waitlist, you'll be notified when each tier opens, you'll get context on how the community is taking shape, and you'll get first access before we open publicly. That's the deal. No manufactured scarcity.

Membership tiers

Two ways to be part of this.

Monthly membership

The Upstream

The inner track on the experiment.

  • Weekly digest — what we tested, what happened, what's next
  • Full resource library (tools, prompts, templates, workflow docs)
  • Access to member community — async, low-noise
  • Early access to new guides before public release
  • Monthly "State of the Lab" breakdown — numbers included
  • Failures documented in real time, not polished after the fact

Pricing TBD — waitlist gets first access

Why build in public

The honest case for transparency.

Most communities are built around a finished thing — a course, a system, a framework that already worked. You're buying access to the outcome.

This is different. You're following the work as it happens. That means you see the decisions before we know if they're right. You see what fails in real time. And you get context on why we made the calls we made — not the cleaned-up version we'd write six months later.

For people who are trying to build their own income streams, that live context is more valuable than any polished retrospective. The failures especially.

What you'll see

  • → Real numbers when we have them (traffic, revenue, conversion)
  • → Failed experiments with honest post-mortems
  • → Decisions in progress — not just decisions that worked
  • → Tools and workflows as we build them, not after we've optimized them

What you won't see

  • → Inflated success stories or cherry-picked metrics
  • → "I figured it all out" energy — this is ongoing research
  • → Failures that quietly disappear from the narrative

Both tiers are in development. Waitlist members get first access, pre-launch pricing, and context on how the community is taking shape before we open publicly.

Not sure which tier? Join the waitlist and we'll give you the full breakdown when launch date is confirmed.

No spam. Just a notification when doors open.
